We start the class by breathing for a while through the nose and mouth, letting ourselves adjust to the meditation pose. We will continue with an exercise in a standing position, bringing muscle tension in the legs and then releasing blocked energy, allowing the lower body to let go of tension. Afterwards we will sit in meditation, letting the pelvis widen and soften while holding our body in an open concentration, letting go of any expectation or thought story that arises.
