Different ways to approach Warrior III (Virabhadrasana III) varying from Utkatasana, Virabhadrasana I and Tadasana. All this to end the practice with a couple of inversions, putting into practice everything you learned from Warrior III but taking it upside down.
Props needed: blankets, 2 blocks and a belt.
