A Throwback Thursday class that gives you all the benefits of a Yin practice in half the time! You could do this on its own or tag it on to the end of a stronger Yang (Vinyasa) class.
This short Yin session is designed to help you quickly get rid of tension in the back, lateral side of your body and the hips. The simple poses will calm your nervous system, pacify your breath and release stiffness. It's great for those who build up tension in the back and hips and can be done in the morning after waking up or any other time you need a quick fix.
You'll need a belt, bolster, a blanket and a couple of blocks.
