No frills can also mean no noise: creating a bit of space within that’s free from unnecessary chatting and words. A quiet sitting time, a stimulation for the deeper abdominal region followed by Surya Namaskar. Sitting postures to open hamstrings and hips, and chest openers to finish. Open up to the joy of a new day, where you have no idea of what will happen or how things will go. A real treat for a grounding start of your day.
Note: This practice includes a headstand. If you have never practiced headstand before, please don't practice it in this class but in the presence of a live teacher first. You can practice Dolphin pose instead to build strength.
