    Thank you very much for sharing this! As a teacher, I found this very useful for students who have limitations (e.g. can't sit on the floor/need support) and also for prenatal ladies, particularly the standing + chair parts of the class. Will definitely be incorporating some of these variations in upcoming classes :D

    Thank you for this relaxing class for the inflexible. I am tight in my hips and upper back/chest areas although I am not a 'beginner' so it is really helpful to have some classes that address this. Particularly in pigeon! Thanks looking forward to more classes. Xx
