Are you inflexible and looking for a simple sequence to release the back of your body and upper back and finishing with a lovely relaxation? After some requests, this is my suggestion for you. Suitable for seniors and those with less mobility, we use a chair to practice Warrior 2 and to lengthen the back of the body. Finishing with simple balancing ground work including a twist and a long relaxation with lower legs resting on the chair.
