So far all the Iyengar classes available at Ekhart Yoga have been organised to be followed in a specific order - this one also is best practiced after following the beginners' program and the other Iyengar classes. In this class you will find a complete, well rounded practice covering all the aspects of the yoga asana to make your body more aware and intelligent and to help distribute awareness while moving deeper into the poses.
