A real 'Julie classic' for today's Throwback Thursday class – a sequence full of twists, turns, circles, and spirals (and no tea bags required!).
Using the spiral action of the arm to activate spirals in the spine, we work through this strengthening sequence in fluidity and harmony with the natural movement of the body. If you're new to the arm movements, check out my intro video.
