So many of us hold tension in our neck, shoulders, upper back and chest. This one hour therapeutic flow explores muscles that are tight and/or weak in these areas. A slow and steady gentle flow, we will use dynamic movement to warm up the muscle groups in order to release them of tightness and tension. Then adding a little strengthening to the mix to support our radiant health.
