Discover how useful a gym ball can be during your pregnancy, especially during your last stage (third trimester). When sitting on a couch becomes a bit uncomfortable, a ball can be a fantastic substitute to bounce, feel energised and to find space in the side ribs. Used as a lovely support for a floor spinal release, this can be really nice during labour too!
