Welcome to EkhartYoga!

This guide will give you a quick overview of the main features of EkhartYoga, how to join us and get started with finding the right classes for you.

Try us for free

If you’re new to EkhartYoga you can try us out with a two-week free trial. This gives you full access to all our yoga and meditation classes and programs. At the end of your 14-day trial your monthly subscription begins, or you can cancel at any time during your trial and you won’t be charged. If you’re returning to EkhartYoga – welcome back! – sign into your account and choose from a monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or annual subscription to access your classes.

Once you have a subscription, log in to your account and you will be directed to your personal homepage. Here we’ll give you some suggested classes, the latest news and articles, and the next class of any program you are following.

Yoga Programs and Challenges

Our guided yoga and meditation programs are a great way to get to know different teachers and styles. Whether you’re an absolute beginner, an experienced yoga teacher or anywhere in between – our programs and yoga challenges are designed to teach you the basics of yoga, help you establish a regular practice routine, or dive deeper into a specific aspect of yoga.

If you are completely new to yoga start with Esther’s Yoga for Beginners course. This is based on Hatha yoga which will give you the basic building blocks of your practice.

If you already have a basic level of fitness you might also like to try Rose’s Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners program. Vinyasa yoga is typically a more flowing and dynamic style of yoga than Hatha.

From there you can try the Beginners Next Steps program or any All levels program.

There are many forms of yoga and every teacher has their own way of teaching, so try a few out and see what and who suits you best. Read our Yoga Style Guide for a quick overview.

If you’re already familiar with yoga but new to EkhartYoga we recommend you start out with one of our programs featuring lots of different teachers – this will give you a taste of what we have on the website.

Try 30 Mornings of Yoga, our 3 Week Yoga Workout or our Complete Yoga Program. While we give suggested schedules you can follow all our programs at your own pace so don’t feel you have to start off practicing every day!

We have lots of other programs on topics like yoga philosophy, meditation, Yin Yoga, Pilates, and more – browse our programs.

Yoga and Meditation Classes

We have thousands of online yoga and meditation classes in different styles, levels and durations, so there is something for everyone. To find classes easily, you can use the different filters on the Classes page (once you are signed in) to narrow down your selection by the length of class, style, teacher, specific use, and level.

Here’s a quick video on how to find your classes on EkhartYoga:

Follow your favourite teachers

When you find teachers you like to practice with, you can click to follow them. You can edit your preferences at any time in your Account settings to follow different styles and teachers. You’ll get a notification when they release a new class – you can choose whether to get these on the website or by email.

If you need any help finding classes you like, please contact us. You can also join our EkhartYoga Community Facebook group and ask other members for their recommendations.

Playlists

Playlists are a way for you to organise your classes. You can make these playlists private or share them publicly. Playlists are a great way to get inspiration and recommended classes from fellow members, your teachers and the EkhartYoga team. Follow playlists you like and connect with the person who created it to see more from them. Read all about playlists and how to create them in our Playlists FAQ.

The EkhartYoga App

If you’re travelling or don’t have reliable wifi, you can use our Android or iOS app to download 10 classes to your phone or tablet. This app is exclusively for members and means you can watch the classes without using the internet. You can also use the app to stream classes from your phone to a TV.
