To fully experience the benefits of yoga, try to practice at least 2 to 3 times a week. Include a longer class of an hour or more when you can, but don’t let unrealistic expectations stop you from practising 20 minutes, or even 5 minutes of meditation
So practice how much you can, when you can. Focus on and be proud of what you do, rather than focusing on what you want to do.
If you like to practice a lot we recommend having at least one rest day a week from your physical practice to give your body a break. You can follow a Meditation or Yoga Nidra class on those days instead if you wish.
