To cancel your subscription:
- Go to your profile image in the upper right corner of the website
- Click on account settings
- Click on the ‘Subscription’ tab
- Click on ‘Cancel subscription’
Please note – for recurring monthly memberships you are automatically charged about 24 hours before the end of every subscription period, so you will need to cancel your subscription prior to this.
If you are paying using iDeal you are automatically charged around 72 hours before the end of your subscription due to longer bank processing times. If this causes any problems for you during the cancellation period please contact us directly.
Your subscription will still be fully active until the end of your current subscription period.
